The MB series planetary friction mechanical stepless variator has a standard modular design. the Mechanical Stepless Variator’s cone disc is built in an aluminum die-casted housing respectively for motors of IEC frame size 63, 71, and 80. The cone discs are made in case hardened bearing steel, to increase the durability of each variable speed variator.
SDT Mechanical Stepless Variator speed regulation accuracy is 1 rpm, which is the current leader of a similar mechanical varaitor.
In the range of 1:5, it can realize the fastest speed change from the low-level layer to the highest-speed stepless segment.
All transmission parts are strictly treated, precisely machined, and ground; therefore, the service life is long and the noise is low.
It can be reasonably used in combination with gear reducer such as cycloid reducer, worm gear reducer, etc., so as to meet the different requirements of output torque, minimum and maximum output speed on different occasions.

1. Basic type: 200-1000r/min
2. Speed reducer with one-stage gear reduction (i=2.5-5): 40-200r/min
3. Speed reducer with secondary gear reduction (i=7.1-25): 8-140r/min
4. Speed reducer with three-stage gear reduction (i=42-100): 2-23.5r/min
MB series mechanical stepless variator is supplied with mineral lubricant ISO VG 46, with the quantity of oil for positions B3-B5 mechanical variators
