Description

Gear reducer for grain lifting machine, feeder, variable speed worm gear reducer, vertical gearbox, small household gearbox with reel, it widely used on small volume grain lifting machines, etc. gearbox usually uses worm drive gearbox like the WD series, WPA series.

Features:
1. Worm gear reducer widely used on grain lifting machine, etc.application with its smooth transmission, low vibration, impact, and low noise, with the advantage of large reduction ratio of the worm gear reducer, wide universal adaptability, grain lifting machine can be used with various mechanical equipment.
2. The single-stage transmission has a larger transmission ratio and a compact structure. Most reducers have better self-locking properties. For mechanical equipment with braking requirements, braking devices can be saved.
3. The worm gear and worm shaft make meshes transmission, the transmission efficiency > 87%, required worm gearbox has high requirements for lubrication and cooling.

Working conditions
1. Suggest worm gearbox input speed < 1500r/min.
2. The working environment temperature range from -40℃ to +40℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil needs to be heated to above 0℃ before the machine running. When the working environment temperature is higher than 40℃, cooling measures must be taken.
3. The input shaft of the worm gear reducer can rotate forward and backward.

Precautions
1. Worm gear shaft not allowed to be used as an input shaft.
2. The machine is not added lubrication oil before sea shipping and it can be operated only when the worm gearbox adds lubrication oil.
3. The matching motor (ie input power) cannot exceed the value specified on the label of the worm gearbox.
4. If the user wants to change the direction of the input shaft, he can remove the two end caps of the worm shaft, take out the worm shaft, adjust 180°, and install it. Don’t knock it hard when installing, you can slowly rotate the two shafts to engage them.
