Description

Characteristics of Cylindrical Gear Reducer:

Cylindrical Hard tooth surface gear reducers mainly include parallel shaft series and vertical shaft series, parallel shaft cylindrical gear reducer has been optimized design, mainly including ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (double-stage), ZSY (three-stage), and ZFY (four-stage) four series. the vertical shaft cylindrical gear reducer is used for the transmission device in the vertical direction between the input shaft and the output shaft. It mainly includes three series of DBY, DCY, and DFY.

1. Performance characteristics

  • The main parameters(center distance, nominal transmission ratio) have been optimized and designed, and the main components have good interchangeability.
  • The gear material is made of high-quality alloy steel after carburizing and quenching, and the tooth surface hardness reaches 56-62HRC.
  • Small size, light-weight, high precision, large carrying capacity, high efficiency, smooth transmission, and low noise.
  • Generally, natural cooling and oil pool cooling are used. When the thermal power cannot meet the requirements, circulating oil, fans, and cooling coils can be used for cooling.

2. Scope of application
1), Generally, Gear reducer input speed n1<1500 r/min
2), the circumferential speed of gear rotation is not more than 20m/s
3), Working environment -40~50℃ if it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to 0℃ before starting. This cylindrical gear reducers can be used for forward and reverse rotation.
